DELTA CHI               FRATERNITY​

Our new renovation included new plumbing, new electric, fire suppression system, fire alarm, fire-rated doors and insulation, fire dampers, new wireless internet, new furnaces, and new structural support throughout the house. Everything in the house is brand new including all front rooms, backrooms, and bathrooms. Our house consists of 4 suites, 36 bedrooms, and 25 bathrooms. Each suite is fully furnished with couches and TVs. Bedrooms come furnished with bedframes, dressers, and nightstands.
